NPSH&M represents small and large companies in general business litigation, including pre-litigation planning and dispute avoidance. Through our business litigation practice, we have represented companies and individuals in a wide-range of business related disputes, including real estate, contractual issues, partnership disputes, trade secrets, intellectual property and employment (discussed in more detail on the respective practice pages), and issues related to executive compensation. Through our business litigation practice, we have represented companies and individuals in several sectors of the business community, including technology, real estate, medical, legal, retail, financial, and construction.
While our firm’s litigation experience allows us to successfully represent individuals and companies throughout the trial and appellate courts, we also recognize litigation is a costly endeavor, especially for small companies. To that end, we have developed a business practice which allows us to counsel our clients pre-litigation in an effort to have proper policies and procedures in place to minimize or avoid litigation. This allows us to keep our clients out of litigation whenever possible. However, when litigation cannot be avoided, we maintain our cost-effective approach to litigation, always aiming to reach the best possible resolution for our client.
